Eser Travel

Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 September 2026

By requesting quotes or bookings from Eser Travel, you agree to these terms.

1. Our role

Eser Travel is a travel agency and intermediary. We help you research, select, and arrange travel services (such as hotels, cruises, flights as part of fuller trips, packages, and planned trips/groups) that are ultimately provided by third-party suppliers. Unless we expressly say otherwise in writing, we are not the carrier, hotel, or cruise operator.

2. Flights

We may arrange air travel only as part of a fuller trip (for example a package, cruise add-on, or fully planned itinerary/group). We do not sell airline tickets on a standalone basis, and we do not sell “discounted flights” as a separate product. When we help book flights inside a trip, the ticket is issued by the airline or its authorized channel under their rules. We may charge you a disclosed commission or booking-service fee for that assistance. Airline schedules, fares, baggage, and changes remain under the carrier’s control.

3. Supplier rules & our constraints

Prices, inventory, schedules, taxes, fees, baggage rules, cancellation windows, change penalties, and many other conditions are set by suppliers and the platforms we use to book. We are also bound by our vendors’ policies, terms, and technical rules when we place or service a booking. Your booking will additionally be subject to each supplier’s own terms (and any host/agency network rules that apply to us). We will point you to the relevant conditions when they materially affect your trip; you are responsible for reading them before you confirm.

4. Accuracy of information

You must provide complete and accurate passenger and contact information. Errors in names, dates, or documents can lead to denied boarding, fees, or non-refundable losses. You are responsible for passports, visas, health entry rules, and travel documents for every passenger.

5. Quotes, bookings & confirmation

Quotes are not guarantees of final price or availability until a booking is confirmed by the supplier and any required payment is successfully completed. We may need to reconfirm price or space before ticketing. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation/record locator from us or the supplier.

6. Payments

Payment methods depend on the product and supplier. We do not store or handle card-number data on our systems. Payments are typically collected by the supplier or a payment provider under their terms. Agency service fees, if any, will be disclosed before you agree to pay.

7. Changes, cancellations & refunds

Change and cancel rules follow the supplier’s tariff and your fare rules. Some rates are non-refundable. We will assist with change/cancel requests, but we cannot override supplier policy. Refund timing depends on the supplier and payment channel. Schedule changes, irregular operations, and force majeure events are controlled by suppliers; we will help you explore options where reasonably possible.

8. Agency compensation

We may earn commission or incentives from suppliers and platforms for bookings we arrange. We may also charge you a disclosed commission or booking-service fee (including when we arrange flights inside a fuller trip). Any fee you pay us will be stated before you agree. Supplier-paid commission does not increase what you owe beyond the price and fees shown at confirmation, except where a separate customer-paid agency fee is agreed.

9. Quote improvements

You may send us a travel quote you received elsewhere and ask us to try to improve it. That invitation is a marketing offer only. It is not a promise, guarantee, or binding obligation to beat, match, equal, or sell any quote.

If we review a quote, we only compare against public retail offers that a normal consumer can see on the open web (default/published prices for the public). We do not commit to match or beat agency, consolidator, or trade rates; member, loyalty, corporate, staff, or closed-user discounts; promo codes, flash sales, or prices that require a special account; or quotes that are incomplete, expired, non-transferable, or not verifiable.

Any improvement depends on supplier availability, current inventory, and confirmation that the details you shared are accurate (dates, names, room types, fare class, inclusions, cancellation terms, and the same or equivalent product).

To review a quote we may ask for proof (for example a clear screenshot, PDF, or link showing the supplier, price, dates, and conditions). Without usable proof we may decline to review.

Even when we can improve a quote, we are not obliged to issue a booking, hold a rate, or sell that trip. Any price we offer is valid only if confirmed by us in writing and accepted by you under these Terms and the supplier’s rules. We may withdraw or change a proposed improvement before confirmation if the supplier changes price or availability.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy & security notice. You choose what to share; you may request deletion of data we control, subject to legal and supplier constraints.

11. Acceptable use of this website

Do not misuse the site (scraping that harms service, attempting unauthorized access, or submitting false booking data). Content on this site is for general information; offers shown as placeholders are not binding until confirmed.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for acts, omissions, insolvency, delays, cancellations, overbooking, quality failures, or injuries attributable to suppliers or other third parties. Our total liability arising from agency services for a booking is limited to the agency fees you paid us for that booking (if any), except where liability cannot be limited by law (including fraud or willful misconduct).

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Eser Travel against claims arising from inaccurate information you provided, your breach of these terms, or your violation of supplier rules, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise. Courts in Israel shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.
